Why PetsTrybe Exists

PetsTrybe started with a pug named Snoopy.

Snoopy was a family member before he was ever a pet. He tagged along on car rides, train trips, and long walks without complaint. His favorite spot? Curled up in a five-year-old's lap in the back seat, watching the world go by.

When we had to move countries, we made a decision we deeply regret. We sent Snoopy in cargo because it was a long flight and we thought he'd be fine. Pugs, with their flat noses, are incredibly sensitive to changes in air quality and temperature. Cargo holds are pressurized — but they're not monitored, and they're not comfortable. We learned that the hard way.

Snoopy isn't with us anymore. But the love he gave us, and the lessons he taught us, never left.
